1. Nature of Services

Premium Touch provides doorstep car cleaning services. As we do not sell physical products, shipping and product return policies are not applicable.

2. Cancellation Policy

Cancellation requests will be considered if made at least 2 hours before the scheduled service time. Once the service has been initiated or completed, cancellation requests will not be accepted.

3. Refund Eligibility

Refunds are applicable only if the booked service is not delivered due to operational reasons attributable to Premium Touch. If a service cannot be fulfilled, the amount paid will be refunded.

4. Non-Refundable Cases

No refund will be provided once the service has been successfully completed. Refunds are also not applicable for dissatisfaction arising from factors outside our control after service completion.

5. Service Issues

In case of any service-related issues, customers are requested to report the concern to our support team within 24 hours. We will review the issue and take appropriate action.

6. Refund Processing Time

Approved refunds will be processed within 5 business days. The time taken for the refund to reflect in your account may vary depending on your payment provider.
