Cancellation & Refund Policy

1. Booking Cancellation

Customers may cancel eligible upcoming bookings from the platform before the scheduled wash time, subject to the cancellation window, service status, and operational conditions shown in the application at the time of cancellation.

2. Membership Credit Adjustments

Where a booking is paid through membership credits, credit restoration or deduction depends on the applicable cancellation timing, booking state, and internal policy then in effect.

3. Online Payments

Online payments and membership recharges are temporarily disabled until the official payment gateway rollout is completed. Any future digital payment flow will be governed by gateway verification and reconciliation rules.

4. Refund Handling

Where a refund becomes applicable after official online payment activation, the refund will be initiated to the original payment source, subject to verification, fraud review, partner approval, and the processing timelines of the payment provider and issuing bank.

5. Disputes and Escalation

For cancellation, billing, or refund review, contact billing@premiumtouch.in and copy support@premiumtouch.in with your booking ID and account details.
